LEAH ADAMS ~ Assistant Coach
This is Coach Adams’s 9th year as an assistant coach with Conestoga swimming. Outside of CHS, Leah has been coaching at Darley Swim Club in Wilmington, Delaware for the past eleven summers. Leah is currently in her seventh year as a chemistry teacher at CHS.

Phil Munger ~ Boys Coach
This is coach Phil’s first year back after helping the team from 2017-2019. Once a member of the team himself, Phil graduated from Conestoga in 2005. He then graduated from Washington College in 2009 with a bachelor’s in History, and Towson University in 2012 with a Master of Arts in Teaching. He is currently a 4th grade teacher at Beaumont Elementary School. Outside of TESD, Phil has been coaching for the past twelve years at the Upper Main Line YMCA in winter and The Martin’s Dam Club in summer.

CAITLIN MCDANIEL ~ Assistant Coach
Coach McDaniel has been an assistant coach for Conestoga swimming since the 2021-2022 season. She began coaching in 2012 with summer league swimming and has coached with various programs over the years. Along with Conestoga swimming, she also currently coaches at Radnor Aquatic Club. Coach McDaniel is also a chemistry teacher at Conestoga and has been teaching in the district since 2018.

MEGAN HILLIER- Diving Coach
This will be Coach Hillier’s 5th year as part of Conestoga Swimming and Diving, however, her diving experience goes back to when she was a student at Conestoga HS and a club diver at West Chester Diving. She is a graduate of Gettysburg College, with a degree in Business Management and then continued her education at Cabrini College with a Master's degree and Elementary Education certification. During summers, you may see her around the pool, since she is the Diving Chair for Suburban Swim League and Martin’s Dam. She is the proud parent of three children in the T/E School District.

ROB KIRKBY ~ Girls Coach
This is Coach Kirkby’s 35th year at Conestoga coaching the Girls Team. He achieved his 300th win during the 2017-18 season. Prior to coaching at CHS, Rob was the assistant coach at West Chester University and coached four years at Waynesborough County Club. Rob is a Guidance Counselor at TEMS.
